The Founder Naz Choudhury

The Dancers

The Bolly Flex dancers are a diverse team full of high energy and charisma, giving the perfect blend for a power packed performance that will set any stage on fire. They have been professionally trained in a variety of Indian styles, acrobatics and aerial. They have a vast experience working in Indian movies, world tours and competitions as well as performing with various Bollywood stars.

Bollywood Dance Classes
Our weekly Drop-in Bollywood classes take place on Wednesdays 7pm at Danceworks London. Whether you want to try out something new, improve your technique or perform on stage, we have something for everyone. Our monthly dance course will launch again this September on Monday evenings in Central London.

Bollywood Video Masterclass

Bollywood Video Masterclass
This masterclass is an improvers level, great for anyone who has had dance experience and has attended our regular classes. It's a great way to challenge yourself and be exposed to the vibrancy and high energy that Bollywood has to offer. You will learn performance technique as well as a variety of styles. The Masterclass will be shoot professionally and will go viral across all our mediums and various media outlets. This innovative dance programme takes place in a 4 hour session, including with the full dance routines being taught intensively which will will be shot professionally in the last 2 hours, videos will be released online the following week.

Our Masterclasses teach you in dept technique in Indian dancing and the variety of styles from the world dance of Bollywood. Expect a new routines weekly, viral dance shoots and a great work out for all. Our professional teachers and choreographers extensive knowledge will help you grow and guild you to from Bollywood basics to performance level. We recommend join the classes at the beginning of the month. To participate in the Bollywood Video Masterclasses you will need to attend one of our weekly walk-in classes.
